Bailey brings 25+ years of experience as a strategic revenue operator and builder leading scale ups, pre-revenue through key liquidity events for brands like Cornerstone OnDemand, EmployeeChannel (acquired by JFA), EdCast (acquired by Cornerstone). Steve also serves as a GTM advisor for Venture and Private Equity-backed start-ups. Steve will be working across the GTM functions to optimize ARR including strategy, and operational excellence.
